• Assisted with activities of dailey living, including bathing, dressing, feeding and grooming.
• Coordinated with physicans, nurses, socail workers and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assisted with personal hygiene needs, such as changing linens and emptying catheter bags/urinals.

• Assisted with Hoyer lifts, gait belts and sit to stands to transfer resident from bed to shower or dinning area.
