  o Lead Civil Engineer - Field Engineering:
  • Making sure that required shop drawings are well coordinated with all discipline teams.
  • Review all civil and architect shop drawings to make sure they are made in line with the required design IFC drawings and relevant specs.
  • Verifying all scope-engineered quantities for both civil & architecture and cross-checking them with BOQ’s.
  • Provide technical bits of advice and solutions for all field issues and constraints being faced at site.
  • Managing all engineering and procurement aspects with the client to ensure construction works progress smoothly by having all SDs and material submittals approved within the agreed time frame.
  • Closing all remaining construction site activities including all Civil and Finishing snags, HO comments, and closing the DLP log issues.
  • Closing the comments of overall project documents to obtain the CODE-1 status requested by QC for FTD and HO. This includes the closure of (normal and mockup inspections of open const. activities “ITRs”, Material Approval “MAR’s”, Material insp. “MIR’s”, closure of NCRs/TORs/DOR’s received from PMCM, submitting the RLM & AB for all civil/ARCH drawings)…etc.

• Musheireb Downtown Doha project-Phase 4 (MDP4) ”500M$+”
  
  o Technical eng. - Engineering Department:
  • Preparing and checking the structural shop drawings for underground levels (basement) and high-rise buildings as per project standard details, specs & associated codes.
  • Making sure all required and adequate coordination with other disciplines are properly taken place prior to submitting drawings for final approval in line with the planning schedule and site requirements.
  • Led the workshop meetings with the concerned team of clients to discuss and ensure all necessary approvals on time without any further delays.
  • Interface management with other stakeholders at the site.
  • Manage, coordinate, and choose the right and most effective system of formwork with supportive calculation & detailed drawings by the specialists to suit and facilitate the site team, in addition, to having the required material according to the schedule.
  o Continued at construction field (construction – Section eng):
  • Completing the remaining concrete structures of building towers, managing all finishing and façade works subcontractors, and delivering it to the handover stage.
  • Complying with the planning schedule as approved by the client by achieving the required periodic progress percentage.
  • Managing and monitoring all project activities efficiently to get the best output within the project budget and time schedule.

• Sidra Medical & Research Center (Hospital Project) - Cost Plus Contract
  o Construction package manager for managing, coordinating, and completing all the remaining civil and finishing works in the Outpatient clinic building. Including all Civil and Finishing snags
  o Managing project civil & finishing subcontractors and leading all the teams for closing all civil aspects related to construction and finishing and handing over the building to SIDRA operational team.

 Lusail Multipurpose Hall Sports Club Project (LMH) ”410M$+”
• Project Finishing Stage:
o One of the Fast Track projects where the project plan is being achieved with regards to the key essential and the most priority, aligned with the quality plan and as per the project's specs and in accordance with the intercorrelated construction sequence.
o Managing site activities by close coordination and monitoring with other discipline teams and subcontractors.
o Daily Interacting and effectively communicating with other subcontractors and consultants.
o Monitoring the operations and working of manpower on the site.
o Ensuring the delivery streamline of the required material to the site by preparing and sharing the material requirement schedule with the store and procurement for the required material, tools, and equipment in line with the overall project planning schedule to avoid any unexpected delays.
o Preparing a daily construction report for all ongoing construction activities onsite and sharing it with upper management for review, comments, and feedback.
o Ensuring that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
• Project Mobilization Stage:
o Preparation, coordination, planning, and managing the required resources for building the TSF area for project use, including site offices, PMV plant, Fab-shop facilities & fencing of the overall area, etc.

• New Doha International Airport project (NDIA/ CP-76, 93, 95 &96 Project) ”+300M$”
• Monitoring the cost of all resources to NDIA construction packages like overhead staff, labor, machinery cost, material, subcontractor cost, and payment certification against their budgeted cost
• Controlling project total expenditure including verifying and checking all invoices from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors’ claims to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and within the planned budget for proper periodic reporting
• Coordinate with all project departments to collect all relevant required data for reporting purposes to the project management team to resolve any issue and ensure the delivery/completion of the project work as per the planned budget
• Perform project cost analysis and report the conclusion for management’s review monthly wise to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget, where showing the whole types of cost from the mobilization stage until the project handover to the end
• Measuring and calculating the project forecast cost at completion by analyzing the expenses with the budget cost as well as measuring the saving and overrun cost if any
• Estimating of cost for any new scope of works and variation as additional work to the original contract and merging them both in one contract based on the agreed norms
• Monitoring the cost allocation vs The budget cost as per the work package system.

• Raslaffan Port Expansion Project (RLPEP) ”+1,780M$”
• Responsible for control and coordination for the marine construction section with all other sections and disciplines to construct and build four different purposes berths quay walls, including the following:
• Following material reports and expediting the delivery of all marines’ equipment on time from other countries in line with the project schedule
• Following all marines’ subcontractors’ progress and certifying their monthly payments according to performed works at the site and approved by the QC team
• Following and resolving all the engineering issues between the construction site marine team and marine engineering subcontractor to provide the required shop drawing for execution at the site
• Coordinating and filling the progress job cards for the planning section to update the actual progress done on-site for all those ongoing activities
• Preparing daily construction reports for the progress done onsite supported with graphical charts for both management and client reviews
• Coordinating and supporting the cost control section with all required data and info
• Requested from the marine section with regards to progressed quantities, availability/releasing of manpower as per the histogram, equipment, and the Forecast subcontractor cost due to variation orders on monthly basis.

• RasGas Onshore Gas Expa. Proj. & Alkhaleej proj. (RGXII)/(AKG)
  o Starting in construction previews together with the CCC construction family under a developing system for newly graduated engineers.
  o Intensive training courses and rotations have been provided in different office departments, starting with Civil Engineering for industrial buildings & cost control department.
  o Controlling the bar bending schedule (BBS) for structural concrete buildings & Pipe racks.
  o Preparing and reviewing all CAD shop drawings for all building’s steel structures and getting approval from the client and delivering them to the steel shop for fabrication.
