• Project Finishing Stage:
o One of the Fast Track projects where the project plan is being achieved with regards to the key essential and the most priority, aligned with the quality plan and as per the project's specs and in accordance with the intercorrelated construction sequence.
o Managing site activities by close coordination and monitoring with other discipline teams and subcontractors.
o Daily Interacting and effectively communicating with other subcontractors and consultants.
o Monitoring the operations and working of manpower on the site.
o Ensuring the delivery streamline of the required material to the site by preparing and sharing the material requirement schedule with the store and procurement for the required material, tools, and equipment in line with the overall project planning schedule to avoid any unexpected delays.
o Preparing a daily construction report for all ongoing construction activities onsite and sharing it with upper management for review, comments, and feedback.
o Ensuring that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
• Project Mobilization Stage:
o Preparation, coordination, planning, and managing the required resources for building the TSF area for project use, including site offices, PMV plant, Fab-shop facilities & fencing of the overall area, etc.
