During my sophomore year of Highschool, I decided I wanted to join my schools football team, and it quickly became one of the best decisions I have made. The first year was definitely the hardest because I had to learn everything about the sport. Prior to joining, I had relatively no knowledge about the sport. Didn't take to long but I fell in love with it and kept pursuing it. Fast forward to my Senior year ending and I miss it everyday. It taught me how to be a leader and how to work as a team in a very fast paced, stressful environment. It also taught me how to be an effective communicator since I had to talk to my teammates whenever we were on defense.
