• Utilize specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and software to identify and resolve technical problems accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering expert advice on maintenance and operation of marine equipment.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer updates through training and professional development activities
