A fast learner with strong computer skills and exceptional attention to detail, I consistently go above and beyond to enhance operational efficiency and maintain effective communication across departments. I am great at organization and making sure things run smoothly within my area of employment.
Answer all incoming calls as well as 911 phone, assure officers safety. Dispatch Officers, EMS, and Fire Department to calls where their services were requested. I would have to carefully pay attention to all callers and any background noises for the safety of the responders. Report any changes to the calls via Police/EMS/Fire radios. During all traffic stops I had to run Arizona Criminal Justice Information System checks as requested by Law Enforcement as well as Criminal Information Justice Systems which was used for running license plate information and warrant check information in the State of Arizona and Nationally. I carried a Level A Certification in both NCIC and ACJIS.
My duty was to answer phone calls, send officers to locations where they were needed. Make immediate decisions on prioritizing calls for officer assistance. Assure officers safety as well as other reporting personnel. Request for EMS/Fire or Forestry, as well as Tribal Security as requested by Tribal Police. Keep open contact with FIsh and Game, Forestry, or EMS/Fire. I also was a Lead Officer within Communications and had to attend Bi-Weekly Law Enforcement Supervisors Meetings when our Communications Supervisor was unavailable.
My interests are going on trips with my fiance' and friends I love daytrips to Sedona and going around our beautiful State of Arizona I also enjoy plants, beading, and small crafts
