- At Tolsa, I gained hands-on experience building and remodeling homes along with porches, decks, roofs, etc.
- Through out high school and some of my college career, I always made time to work with Tolsa Construction during weekends or other breaks we had from school in order to continue learning and improving my skills.

- This opportunity was a great display of what it was like to work around other trades as well as cooperate with them as a team.
- Getting familiar with the environment of different types of trades under superintendents, project managers, and general contractors is something that will separate me from other applicants that have little to no experience.
