By planning entertaining classroom games and activities that promote cooperation and teamwork, I support children's social growth. I supervise lunch and recess, as well as daily student arrival and dismissal, ensuring that all children are supported and feel welcome. I consistently enforce classroom rules and address behavioral issues in a way that promotes respect and responsibility to maintain a safe learning environment. I also create daily reports with meal counts and attendance information. By making these efforts, a positive environment for growth and learning is created.
