• Served as core team member from project inception, responsible for BIM model setup, sheet management, and drawing standardization across modular, FF&E, and architectural models.
• Coordinated directly with MEP, fire protection, AV, telecom, and code consultants, especially after PM transition; led technical drawing integration and issue resolution.
• Produced comprehensive egress plans and exit calculations for a large stadium site in
• Designed and documented fire-rated and acoustic partitions, aligning architectural detailing with consultant recommendations and code analysis.
• Managed multiple critical deadlines and permit packages: 100% SD, SD Permit, 50% DD, and 50% Interior DD.
• Delivered under pressure: produced fire separation distance diagrams within 48 hours to support permit submission, proposing imaginary property lines to meet code while anticipating future site development.
• Developed skills in code interpretation, multi-disciplinary coordination, and fast-paced production workflows.

Construction Documentation Phase (50%–100% CD)

• Part of a 3-member interiors team; took full ownership of detailing and documenting 3 residential units, including all plan sets, RCPs, and interior elevations.
• Modeled and documented fixtures, casework, and custom millwork to a high level of detail, coordinating closely with senior architects and consultants.
• Ensured completeness and constructability of deliverables in a short documentation window.

• Contributed to large-scale healthcare facility designs, focusing on facade systems, interior planning, and lab layouts requiring precise coordination with structural and MEP teams.
• Produced detailed Revit drawings for client presentations and consultant coordination, improving clarity and alignment across disciplines.

Supported the schematic design phase of an adaptive reuse project, focusing on lobby renovation and spatial planning within existing structural constraints.
