• Collaborated as core team member on project development. from project inception, leading BIM model setup, sheet management, and drawing standards across the stadium and modular building.
• Independently developed egress plans, exit calculations, and fire-rated/acoustic partition documentation to support code compliance and life safety.
• Managed documentation and permit deliverables through 100% SD, SD Permit, and 75% DD milestones.
• Took ownership of fire separation distance studies, developing imaginary property line strategies to support permitting and future site development.

The River Oaks Parcel 4 – Condominium Interiors | 34-Story High-Rise, 44 Residential Units (CD–CA)

• Owned the documentation of 44 residential units and amenity spaces, independently producing plans, RCPs, elevations, interior details, and coordinated drawing sets.
• Independently modeled and documented fixtures, casework, and custom millwork while coordinating closely with consultants.
• Developed parametric Revit families to streamline workflows, improve coordination, and accelerate documentation.
• Developed coordinated FHA-compliant bathroom solutions for each condominium unit.

• Developed detailed facade and site element models of a commercial adaptive re-use project, applying parametric brick patterning strategies in Revit and Rhino to ensure accuracy and constructability.

• Supported the SD phase of an adaptive reuse K-12 by developing detailed design and presentation sets for the lobby and performance hall.

• Contributed to large-scale healthcare facility designs, focusing on building massing, facade systems, interior planning, and lab layouts.
