Leadership & Training: Guiding associates, ensuring they meet quotas, and training on processes.
Workflow Management: Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, ensuring lines stay active, and maintaining efficient operations.
Quality & Safety: Making sure associates follow safety protocols, quality standards, and production rates.
Operational Tasks: Performing regular associate duties (picking, stowing, packing, scanning, loading) but often with added responsibilities or as a backup for PAs.
Technology Use: Using handheld devices, scanners, and following on-screen prompts for tasks.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues as they arise on the fulfillment floor.

• In 2008, I founded Zhongshan Puwang Winery Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan City, China, and served as its general manager. From the initial establishment of the company, applying for various import and export qualifications and wine sales rights, to selecting high-quality wineries in France, negotiating import cooperation, and then to domestic sales, promotion, and agency recruitment.
