I have been working as a Vision Technician with LSP LLC at Ultium Cells , working in the coater and roll press processes . In this role, I operated and maintained vision inspection equipment and supported quality control through troubleshooting. I also gained experience in defect data analysis using the DaVinci system, parameter optimization, and collaborating with engineers on inspection improvement projects . While the technician role is usually reactive, I have taken a proactive approach by analyzing data in advance, sharing simulation results, and suggesting preventive actions—experiences that motivate me to pursue a Vision Engineer role.

• Improved vision system performance by helping correct misclassification of craters as protrusions , analyzing defect data and collaborating with engineers to adjust inspection parameters and update logic system, which reduced false calls and enhanced defect classification accuracy.
• Received direct Web Gauge training from Honeywell , created training materials, and trained other technicians while also sharing documentation with engineers to improve the vision team's understanding and effective use of the system .
• Created manuals for all recurring vision system issues and shared them with the vision team, standardizing troubleshooting practices and improving overall team efficiency.
