In my past working experience which I served as a Peer Advisor at Peralta Community College had not only elevated my academic accomplishments but has also equipped me with the ability to guide and support my career growth through various challenges. My role involved collaborating with faculty to enhance and empower peers through effective communication and personalized support. Our team's dedication to fostering an inclusive educational environment reflects my commitment to promoting access and equity within academic communities.
