- New Warehouse P&L Modeling: Led cross-functional efforts with planning, procurement, and sales to evaluate the financial feasibility of new warehouse launches. Modeled fixed assets, labor, ramp-up plans, and operating costs to deliver comprehensive P&L projections, guiding investment decisions.
- Customized Client Solutions: Designed tailored supply chain programs for strategic accounts (TikTok FBT, SHEIN, Hisense Mexico/U.S., IKEA, Stanley, Trafilea, Shipwire, LONGI, Unilever, and Temu). Delivered projects covering warehouse layout design, intelligent distribution, last-mile intelligent order allocation, and P&L analysis, ensuring all solutions met the scope, budget, and timeline.
Financial Modeling and Analytics.
- Built and iterated P&L estimation models and daily dashboards by collaborating with finance, operations, and procurement. Applied in pre-sales solution design, rate card/discount setting, and post-sales clients' actual P&L reviews. Improved forecast accuracy by narrowing the variance between estimated and actual values. Gaps decreased from over 10% to less than 5%.
