Project: “Monocyte Differentiation Trajectories Reveal Key Regulators of Macrophage Differentiation across Bone Metastatic Immune Archetypes.”

• Conducted single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis to investigate monocyte and macrophage differentiation across bone metastatic immune archetypes.
• Applied Seurat and Monocle3 in R to characterize cellular states and infer differentiation trajectories using pseudotime analysis. Investigated candidate regulators including CSF1R and SPI1.
• Performed differential gene expression and pathway enrichment analyses and synthesized findings into a final research report on macrophage differentiation across metastatic immune archetypes.

• Researched how firms can balance profit incentives, market competition, and regulatory intervention, using economic theory and real-world case studies to evaluate market efficiency and social welfare.
• Analyzed market failures including information asymmetry and negative externalities, with a focus on how regulation shapes outcomes in sectors such as healthcare and education.
• Essay published in the 2025 Business Development and Big Data Application (DEBDA) publication.

• Completed comprehensive EMT training in patient assessment, emergency medical care, airway management, trauma response, CPR/AED, and basic prehospital interventions.
