I started interning at a company in June 2024 that connects freelance therapists with workspaces, providing them with practice opportunities. I manage social media and blog content aimed at delivering advice to therapists. Initially, I thought I understood the needs of those I supported, but I soon realized my understanding needed to be deeper. I found it challenging to fully grasp the concerns of therapists, which made it difficult to tailor the content effectively. While I focused on general advice, therapists were more concerned with handling the emotional toll of their work. This made me rethink my approach.

From the age of 18 to 20 (March 2022 to August 2023), I worked part-time in live event operations. Because the company didn’t have many full-time employees, students like me mostly ran it, and I eventually took on responsibilities similar to those of full-time staff, managing the operations on-site.
