· Classroom Observation:

Conduct observations in classrooms to assess the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices, ensure the presence of required posted materials, evaluate the availability of adequate and appropriate materials, assess safety measures, and verify compliance with other agency-required guidelines.

• Facilitate meetings with teachers for updates and reviews of professional development plans. Participate in meetings to collaboratively create work plans addressing concerns of children facing challenges. Coordinate and organize the Center's staff to ensure a safe and high-quality environment in the classrooms.

· I facilitated learning through purposeful and constructive play, incorporating reading-writing, math, science, social studies, arts, and technology into the classroom.

· I nurtured children's social development by encouraging positive peer interactions through group activities and collaborative projects.

· I ensured the creation of a safe and welcoming environment for all students, adhering to health and safety guidelines in the classroom.

· I cultivated close relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their children's progress through conferences, home visits, and checkpoints, addressing any concerns proactively.
