i have worked here about 26 years during this time i have learned and grow in my position

has a RGMi have experience working with both teams day and night has one team i have also learned and grow in this past months on my judgment i understand this position will require more of my time and will need to work mid shifts to be come one store also in this moments there will be new challenges there are old skills that will help that i have learned pst the years but there will be new issues we will have to adapt and will need to learn one of the priority's are our labor also our food cost

and there will be hard times where the employees will not be happy i have has lots experience with that issue also it will be hard getting everyone on the same page and same training but its not imposable to built a a good or great team just lots of work

i been thru lots in my personal health but that never stop me on do in my job ( in my opinion ) now that i am better i feel

ready for a challenge that i know this new position will be.
