Contract work with full time benefits. Maintenance and Machine adjuster roles in 2 different plants (smithfield pork processing, and cenveo envelope making)

Smithfield - Assisted plant maintenance with any and all tasks that needed to be done including welding/mechanical/electrical/troubleshooting.

Cenveo - This was a hybrid position of machine operator and adjuster. Responsible for running envelope making machines as well as restocking paper, ink, and glue, while also troubleshooting and fixing issues that stopped or slowed down the machines and some PM work.

Assembly of small refrigeration units, which includes the following:

Braising refrigeration lines with oxy/acyteline torch, Mechanical assembly, setting units to proper pressure, wiring pressure switches/power cords, and testing unit for leaks.

Attended and contributed to team meetings.

Ensured quality standards were maintained.

Maintenance and set up of CNC lathes, mills, and other precision machines involved in production of screw air compressors for industrial use. Maintenance of facility also in job duties.

Worked at several Power Plants mainly on refurbished LM6000 Natural Gas Turbines. This included:

Assisting in PLC setup and troubleshooting.

Control circuit wiring and panel adjustments.

Testing components.

Pulling Wire.

Running rigid conduit

Maintenance support.

Mostly reactive maintenance

Some PM's. preventive Maintenance.

Worked on Natural gas powered turbines at electric power plants. This involved:
