I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working directly with children, particularly in child care and education. My experience includes two years as an assistant in a daycare, where I developed skills in implementing educational and behavioral programs, and I perform effectively both independently and as part of a team. My focus is on providing support to children with special needs, following specific protocols to enhance their development and learning.
