Previous Experience

Research Assistant, 10/01/21, 03/01/23, Assisted a research lead in the collection and analysis of data in a laboratory setting., Experience with compiling data using MS Office Products, and assisting in writing reports pertaining to said data.

Projects

Simulation of fluid over various aerodynamic bodies, Conducted detailed aerodynamic analysis using computational tools. Utilized MATLAB and ANSYS for simulations and optimization. Collaborated with a team to design and test various wing configurations. Orbital Rocket Simulation, Utilized analytical and numerical methods to determine characteristics of different orbits around celestial bodies. Tether System for a Weather Drone (Senior Project), Performed aerodynamic and electrical calculations relating to a weather drone. Developed CAD models and engineering drawings for the tether system and its component subsystems. Led a team and successfully developed a tether system for a weather drone that supplied continuous power and allowed the drone to hover at up to 200 feet. The tether could be reeled in and out autonomously via an Arduino and a feedback loop.
