  • Assisted in the management of schedules for meetings, deliveries, and installations.
  • Sorted lists of different tax years to organize records.
  • Had access to complete financial records and years dating back to 2012.
  • Analyzed financial information to recommend efficient use of resources and procedures. This included the price changes and simpler things, such as watching exchange rates and trying to find any forecasts.
  • Monitored cash flow activities and helped forecast future cash requirements.
  • Managed simple bookkeeping functions.

Student-Athlete

  • Attending and participating in team meetings, practices, and competitions.
  • Giving forth ideas already about moving forward as a team and possible practices.
  • Talking to coaches about future prospects and hosting them for visits, helping to sort out their itineraries and the costs involved.

Community Project Manager

  • Helped to create a community gym from scratch - unpaid.
  • Fixed budget and a very limited area meant that I had to weigh up the pros and cons of each purchase and consult with members of the club in what was preferred/wanted more
  • Had to find carpenters and builders to carry and put together equipment helped in the finance side of the squash section of the club - main coach's finances when it came to the club members
  • Brought sponsors into the club to advertise their products, such as Marble & Granite Ltd, as well, in the form of billboards around the club.
  • Mentored students from underprivileged backgrounds from local schools in the area around their school work, social life and helped them get into the life of sport.
