• Take ownership to complete 5 different projects(Installation and conforming quality) in Lexington-USA
• Completed short term Quality Projects in Cutting and Assembly projects in Ballymena-Northern Ireland
• Involved Design study in new Michelin innovative projects UPTIS MARC-USA
• Conducting various 6 sigma projects in the plants to bring down the Scrap (%) from 1.23% to 0.43%
• Take ownership to deploy the Flow and traceability system (FYT) throughout the plant
• Involved certification of ISO9001, TS16949 for Green field industries (Michelin, Yapp)
