families from a previous location to a new location 7 miles away.

• Successfully revamped the busing system and oversaw the transportation needs of approximately 400
students.
• Informed families of bus stop assignments, delays, changes, etc.
• Investigated safety and behavior concerns on the bus and enforced consequences when necessary
• Delivered attendance letters to students, conducted home visits, and conferences
• Implemented attendance incentives.
