This is a cross-functional project conducted by juniors and seniors in Questrom School of Business. It is a simulation of starting-up our own business.

• Identified each team member's strengths through collaboration and assigned positions to the team so that everyone could build on each other's skill set.
• Coordinated between members to avoid and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Built Gantt Charts and project plans, tracking team performance closely while proposing viable paths towards accomplishing objectives.

Self-learned Korean out of personal interest for 8 years. Without taking any lesson, I actively learned from the Internet and managed to get the highest level of certification in Korean as a foreign language. So far, I am proficient in understanding, reading, speaking, and writing in Korean. I am still dedicating efforts into Korean language as a life-long learning process.
