• Competitive Analysis: Analyzed leading MacOS browsers. Highlighted Chrome’s success in reducing switching costs and maintaining functionality. Positioned Edge as an AI-enhanced, productivity-focused Chromium browser.
• Product Design Simplification: Removed the New Tab Page news feed and optimized the System Top Bar, reducing user search time by 20% in A/B tests.

Founded in October 2021, CutiePet is an app platform focused on pet content sharing, socialization, and services, targeting the niche of pet owner interaction in the growing pet industry. The platform bridges gaps in the traditional market and transforms user traffic into a closed-loop business model.

• Product Positioning: Conducted target market analysis, product positioning, competitor analysis, and needs assessment of the pet-related market
• Team Management: Lead the team to complete 80% of the design tasks and 60% of the development tasks for the MVP version within three month
