stow - I receive a totes with items, I scanned the items that are in the tote then placed them in a bin that shows on the screen

Pick- I grab an item that shows on the screen then I scanned the item to make sure it’s the correct item then I place the item in its designated tote to send down stairs

Decant-received the trailers, process the items into totes then send them upstairs

Ship dock -I palletize the customers orders where we get the orders placed them nice and neatly in carts or on pallets.

Problem solved- process inventory back into the system and correct the inventory

PA flow desk -

•putting trailers that are coming from different sites in to our main system.

•Moving the trailers to different dock doors for example (moving the trailer that’s on DD101 to DD219)

•clearing the conveyors jams

•assigning the associates roles/assignments

•communicating with the managers with a game plan regarding work flow and making sure the floors up stairs have work and everything is running smoothly

•TDR- when receiving the trailers, I follow a checklist on a tablet and make sure it’s finalized so the associates can unload the trailer.

Jam Certified- I clear the conveyors

Pallet runner- moving the pallets to its designated spot

Line watcher making sure the boxes goes smoothly onto the line

VRC Operator- sending work upstairs or bringing work down stairs

Tote support- filling up associates stations with totes so they can send work up stairs
