Yvette’s Notable Strength: Encouragement

  • As an ordained Elder and certified Chaplain, Yvette spends the majority of her day encouraging others. Whether in the classroom, meeting room, walking across campus or in the sanctuary- Her pulpit is mobile. She finds great joy in bringing agreement between both people and teams and finds it to be one of her greatest strengths, no matter what the person’s age, religion, or intellect.
  • Some of Yvette’s most encouraging moments have been bridging language barriers and offering reconciliation among those who speak different languages. Sometimes she does it with words, often times she does it with prayer and petition, but she always does it with the utmost grace and discernment and every time she does it with compassion.
