•Ensures that staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider's
work schedules. Coordinates utilization of associates and maintains
associate/provider payroll information.
•Ensures patient satisfaction including troubleshooting when there is a
complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
•Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA,CLIA, labor laws,
and other federal, state, and local regulations.
•Completes and reviews office correspondence including
invoices/statements and payments, credit cards, petty cash, deposits,
mileage forms, reimbursements, and reports.
