• Facilitate the ordering of preoperative labs and EKG procedures.
• Proficiently interpret and analyze laboratory results and EKG findings to determine patient eligibility for surgical procedures.
• Coordinate additional medical clearances, such as cardiac evaluations, as deemed necessary.
• Provide comprehensive care for postoperative patients, diligently assessing for any required interventions, including the management of skin infections or seromas.
• Skillfully perform minor procedures, such as the aseptic drainage of seromas or the insertion of JP drains when indicated.
• Demonstrate expertise as a nurse injector, skillfully administering Botox and filler treatments.
• Thoroughly evaluate postoperative patients for potential infections and prescribe appropriate medication as warranted.
• Meticulously follow up with postoperative patients, ensuring their well-being and progress up to three months, six months, nine months, and one year postoperatively.
• Effectively communicate with the surgeon, promptly notifying them of any patient interventions or concerns requiring their attention.
