• Successfully partnered with a large Northeast based Utility client on a CFO Transformation program and identified over $4 million in cost takeout and impact for client’s CFO team which resulted in a direct business sale by our project team to conduct a large-scale Finance Transformation project for the client

▪ Led large stream Ariba implementation project to replace client legacy financial system. The client’s new Ariba system was delivered effectively to over 6000 employees across 3 states and 10 business units

▪ Led Configuration, testing, and validation efforts for system implementation projects in alignment with client’s solution delivery framework by coordinating across 4 vendor groups and managing over 200+ business testers in user acceptance testing

▪ Managed a team of 10 onshore members and 12 offshore members to complete break-fix efforts for a solution that covered 21 different business processes with an impact to over 40 key stakeholders in client business

▪ Worked with SAP, PowerPlan and Salesforce vendors to design an end-to-end process that effectively addresses all client pain points

▪ Conducted vendor assessment analysis to identify record to report software that address client business specific requirement needs. Involved gathering over 100 business requirements and submitting RFPs to 4 shortlisted vendors with desired system capabilities

• Led the Solutioning efforts of effective management of Gas Business processes across several jurisdictions
• Managed break-fix processes and testing support for work and asset management workstream project supporting over 600 end users across 4 states
• Led various client meetings to identify operational pain points and gather requirements for system implementation projects
• Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across departments and teams.
