Summary

Production Supervisor with 20 years of Oil and Gas experience in the Permian Basin. I take pride in my ability to mentor teams and develop an asset aligning with corporate goals. Providing individuals with the knowledge and confidence to produce each well for maximum recovery of hydrocarbons and revenue without risking the wellbore integrity, facility, or associated infrastructure. Unfortunately this is becoming a lost art in our industry. Broadcasting a positive atmosphere and empowering others has allowed me to build successful teams with a culture of expectation and support. Base production is the true measure of a company’s long term success in addition to a development program which attracts so much attention in our business. I am passionate about improving the asset and its people, my investment is personal and I hold myself accountable.
