  • Expansion Department Trainer, Jobs in the area that I train all newly bid employee's are, Expansion Steam Puffing Tower, I train the trainees how to safely pull steam from plant boiler house into the tower's steam jacket system and how to work super heaters and how to maintain production psi on the system, upper and lower spool pieces, safely blowdown nozzle indexer on expansion tank, how to safely operate upper and lower poppets on injector, correct timing on injector sequence. Making sure we are making safe good product for America. The Expansion Tower in short terms takes extruded pellets and injects them into the expansion tank and forces them to puff and become 10x the size they were and giving you uncoated Froot Loops USA product.
  • I train all newly bid employee's on the Expansion Extruder's, means of extrusion through transversal screws into main barrel screws then forced into die head making pellets for Froot Loops USA. This is a very technical area of the plant and requires a high level of mechanical aptitude. Newly bid employee's train with me in the area for up to 2 months on this job alone.
  • I train all newly bid employees on the Expansion 6 Coater Line, the job entails pulling puffed product from Expansion Tower 3 and coating product with liquid sugar from Bulk Unloading and passing the newly coated product through a 4 stage Blasting Dryer, coating with flavor then sent over the wall into the Packing Department.
  • Collaborated with other departments to develop effective integration strategies between different processes.
  • Identified areas where additional process instruction was necessary and created supplementary materials accordingly.
  • Coordinated with management teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency in process implementation.
  • Provided guidance and advice on proper use of equipment associated with specific processes.
  • Ensured adherence to safety protocols when conducting hands-on demonstrations during sessions.
