Dynamic glazier with extensive experience at Home Depot and Lowes, excelling in glass handling and insulation installation. Proven leader as a foreman, fostering strong communication and teamwork. Successfully managed inventory and optimized operations, enhancing efficiency and safety in high-pressure environments. Committed to delivering quality results and mentoring team members.
I completed my schooling for my associate’s degree and apprenticeship
from 2006to 2010 As a journeyman glazier my expectations were to be
able to understand and install complicated glass and/or metal systems, keep
inventory of the correct materials needed, and be able to work safely. I had
to work well with others for certain larger tasks to be completed, as well as
be able to work well alone for other tasks. As a member of Local 252 I was
also chosen and trusted as my company foreman. As the company foreman had to make sure that proper precautions and steps were taken to ensure
safety, help solve any problems between workers, company owners, and
Union representatives. I also had to run the job with crew sizes from 1-20 guys. Had to everyone on the same page and compete the job
