Coaching kids at the age of 13 and 14 they are not as talented as the guys my age With that being the case, there are going to be times when you get frustrated if they drop a fly ball, but you have to be patient and understand they are younger, so you just keep having to teach the basics
In any position I have held while on any team, or working any job, working hard is always something I strive to do I try to maximize every opportunity and not waste my time or someone else's
I always show up prepared to get the job done, whether that be at work or playing basketball with my friends; I always come ready to work and get better every day
I am able to manage schedules for tournaments and practices Being able to have different practice plans depending on what we need to work on that week, I am also able to manage a game by knowing how to come up with a lineup to be successful in that game, and make pitching changes throughout the game to compete
I am able to develop players' skills to make them better baseball players and help them continue to go to the next level Playing varsity baseball for four years and college baseball for two has allowed me to gain the experience and knowledge to develop players
