Interests

Brazilian jiu jitstu (bjj) has been a consistent hobby of mine for the past 3 years Since starting I spend 8-10 hours each week at Brazilian jiu jitsu classes and competitions For me, Brazilian jiu jitsu started as a real challenge were each class felt like a struggle to survive As I advanced I found joy in teaching and helping others

Although I am terrible at it, Golf has quickly become another hobby of mine It has allowed me to meet new people and reconnect with old friends

Real estate has been a consistent academic pursuit since becoming an appraiser In addition to the continuing education requirements I have taken courses to expand my knowledge and understanding of real property and appraisal practice
