• Solve breakdown and trouble calls using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing instruments.
• Troubleshoot and install electrical automation equipment for Wastewater and Water systems.
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and Radio systems.

• Training as Maintenance Coordinator. Currently do all hands-on maintenance work in plant as well.
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, and all facility and production equipment.
• Work with machine manufacturers to gather technical data when needed for repairs.
• Establish downtime with production for maintenance work.
• PMs on machinery.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair control circuitry, power circuits, and automation control systems of machinery and equipment.

• Use computer software, prints, and different metering equipment to troubleshoot and make diagnosis of automation, control, and safety circuits.  Work with PLCs, HMIs, and different testing equipment along side electrical prints to diagnose problems and make corrections.   Mostly Rockwell software with some Siemens and Klockner Moeller. 
• Work with AC and DC drives.
• Use schematics, electrical drawings, program printouts, and manuals in troubleshooting circuitry.
• Work with PIDs, processors, embedded controllers, and different software necessary for machinery integration and operations.
• Diagnose and repair problems for pneumatic, hydraulic, water, & chemical systems. 
• Responsible for general electrical circuits, lighting circuits, and maintenance of  switchgear & plant utility system.
• Trained in LOTO procedures and Personal Protective Equipment.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems including:

• Electrical, Pneumatic, & Hydraulic
• AC/DC motors, servos, & drives
• Work with Allen Bradley PLCs & HMIs. Also AC/DC control circuitry.
• General power for plant
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical aspect of machinery including drive shafts, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic lines and motors, and all pneumatics.
• Worked with MIG, TIG, and Arch (stick) welders, Acetylene cutting torches, and Plasma cutters for fabricating parts and doing repairs on machinery.
• Operate and maintain High Pressure Boiler, along with Anhydrous Ammonia System. Maintain all air handlers.
• Preventative Maintenance on machines.
