I am a hardworking, fast paced server determined to provide excellent service to the best of my abilities. I am ServSafe certified in the sanitation and safety of foodservice, and pay close attention-to-detail when handling food. I am currently studying culinary arts, and am very well versed in the restaurant scene. I love human connection, and find that serving comes naturally to me for this reason. I love the rush that serving provides, whether it be due to customer satisfaction, exercise, making a good wage, and simply engaging in great conversation!
As previously stated, I am studying culinary arts. I enrolled completely out of intuition, as I had zero experience. I felt a calling towards the Iowa Culinary Institute. Now, seven months later, I could never imagine spending my time elsewhere. Creating high profile flavors, textures, and visual appeal within a dish brings joy to my heart like no other. Finding a creative outlet that puts a smile on my face, as well as those around me privileged enough to indulge in my cuisine, has changed my livelihood.
