  • Set up and monitored our national fire protection program making sure restaurants do not go into violation.

Promoted to Smashburger Facilities Department within 2 years of hire to support over 200 Corporate Restaurants at that time. Moved up from Facilities Coordinator to Director of Facilities

While a GM for Smashburger, I ran the Park Meadows Smashburger and it finished #6 in company nationwide in overall profit and loss in 2014, up from #27 in 2013.

Previous to Smashburger I ran a Schlotzsky's Franchise Restaurant and accomplished #1 Cinnabon nationwide sales, Christmas 2012 when Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon Co-Branded the entities.
