I have experience in the restaurant industry as a Assistant Manager, moving up to a General Manager running a restaurant as well as working in the corporate offices as a Facilities Coordinator and moving up to Director of Facilities for Smashburger. In these roles I have branched out into project management to develop company initiatives and capital decisions. While a GM for Smashburger, I ran the Park Meadows Smashburger and it finished #6 in company nationwide in overall profit and loss in 2014, up from #27 in 2013.
Previous to Smashburger I ran a Schlotzsky's Franchise Restaurant and accomplished #1 Cinnabon nationwide sales, Christmas 2012 when Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon Co-Branded the entities.
