Assisting with hardware/software inventory and requisitions
Travel to 50+ locations and unique projects (Typically specific one-time projects like troubleshooting cell tower network, configuring range extenders, internal networks, TVs, kiosk deployment, etc.)
Managing helpdesk for 600+ users at 50+ locations across Ohio (more recently even helping outside our division)
Responsible for network support and network infrastructure support
Managing and supporting Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points, and many other devices
(Past experience with Cisco ASA firewalls) Working with ISP’s to resolve network issues
