Started in march of 2017 as a temp working on the reveal production line building tables checking for quality issues. Worked on the reveal line for about two years then got moved to the fabrication side to learn how to weld the aluminum legs that go on the tables, welded straight for about another two years then started to learn the entire aluminum fabrication area and running a big tigerstop saw and eventually started to run the entire area on my own. I currently run the aluminum fab area with welders under me and also still help wherever I’m asked or needed.
