• The Employee Self-Service Portal is a website that allows employees to access and manage their personal information. During your first week of employment, you will receive a welcome email containing the portal link, along with necessary information to complete your registration. Below is an overview explaining how to complete registration and navigate the portal.
• 1. Registration
• For the first-time login, follow this step-by-step process to complete your registration:
• A. Leave the password section blank and click the "ENROLL" button.
• B. Select the appropriate operating company in which you work.
• C. Enter Employee Number. Your employee number will be provided in the email.
• D. Enter Security PIN. Your Security PIN is the last four digits of your social security number.
• E. Click REGISTER, then follow directions to create your password.
• 2. Navigation
• Once you are logged into the Employee Self-Service Portal, click the “Employee Tools” tab in the upper right-hand corner of the ribbon. This will drop down a window that will allow you to access your Self-Service features.
• 3. Employee Self-Service Tools
• Earnings: Allows you to view and download your pay statements and W-2s.
• Update Info: Leads you to 4 windows that allow you to update your personal information, manage your payroll withholdings, manage your direct deposit bank account, and more.
• Emergency Contacts: Allows you to change/add/update your emergency contact information.
• Library Docs: For Human Resource future use, way of issuing and collecting additional information that may be needed for your employment record.
