Accomplishments

  • Currently at Savage Roofing we are selling 10-12 jobs a week, when I started February of 2024 the average was 3-5 sales a week. Retail roofing only, Savage does not have a insurance division.
  • At PRS Roofing, I started as a salesman setting weekly and monthly records, including most sold in a week/month, became a Team Leader and set records including most sold in a week and month (over 5 months straight at #1 Team) Became Director of Sales and only continued to set records
  • At Central Florida Roof Rescue I set company sales records such as largest project sold and the most sold for the most consecutive months.
  • As a technician I was required to have a 400 customer route. I was able to grow that route 200% making the company hire new employees and start a third route. That route today is still the most successful route in the branch it brings in the most referrals of any other route
  • In my first year of transition in to a more sales oriented role I either won or placed top 3 in the Sales Contests. There was an average of 65 Representatives in the company and on the sales score card I was always in the top 3
