Special Services Associates ensure quick and accurate customer transactions and provide excellent customer service at the Special Service desk, addressing questions and resolving issues. They maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and reporting hazards.
Freight/Receiving positions, such as Freight Team Associate and Receiving Associate, are responsible for stocking the store, loading and unloading trucks, and interacting with customers to ensure proper inventory management.
Membership support involves promoting benefits, processing memberships, and fulfilling Member orders accurately. Associates also maintain safety protocols, assist members with purchasing decisions and self-checkout transactions, and train new team members on processes.
All associates must comply with company policies and maintain their areas by organizing merchandise and managing returns, while also observing and reporting any security concerns to safeguard company assets.
