• Working side by side with the delivery manager to ensure the department is running efficiently and smoothly.
• Managing the missing customer short pays and DSD's and getting a plan to collected and return these missing items.
• Managing the Driver AR and working with the delivery team to get the missing cases collected and returned.
• Standing-in during any absence of the delivery manager wether being payroll, getting on calls and meetings, handing discinplinary issues.
• Managing all factors that apply to the monthly business objectives.

Assisting in assigning delivery drivers to their daily routes, picking up customer short pays and missing DSD's. Filling in when drivers call out. Assisting the delivery managers with the daily loadout and weekly mileage reports.

Assisted lineworkers in building and maintaining the electrical grid.

In charge of assigning fellow order fillers to their modules, as well as assisting in order filling as needed.
