  • Process owner of two complex injection-molded components
  • Developed robust molding processes using scientific molding experiments
  • Programmed and implemented automation for inline 6-axis robots within the cell of my two molding processes

  • Utilized FTIR machine to aid in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of effectiveness of our purge compound with a wide range of resins.

  • Utilized Keyence and Toolscope machines while working through DV, writing my own recipes and using them to measure multiple intricate parts,
  • Designed and 3D printed multiple fixtures for part measurements.
