Notable 2023 Projects

Pfizer - Rocky Mount, NC - Tornado/Water/Mold/Asbestos/Hazardous Waste

Performed initial site inspection to develop remediation protocol. Monitored remediation work while giving real time recommendations in preparation for clearance testing. Completed multiple onsite asbestos inspections of tornado debris and damaged building materials. Collaborated with Pfizer onsite EH&S to obtain demolition permit for complete removal of storm damaged satelite facility. After remediation efforts were complete indoor air quality monitoring was conducted in accordance with Pfizer pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. 


Mill Creek Residential - Charlotte, NC - Fire/Water/Mold

Performed initial site inspection and combustion by-product testing to develop evidence based protocol. Met with onsite owners as well as project managers to communicate findings as well as remediation recommendations. Held various presentations and meetings within the insured as well as the markets representatives. Presented remediation protocol to multiple remediation companies in preparation of the bidding process. 


Campbell's Soup - Maxton, SC - Fire

Performed initial site inspection and combustion by-product testing to develop evidence based protocol. Met with plant managers as well the markets representatives to discuss remediation process and timeline. Collaborated with the onsite remediation company on best practices to ensure production was not negatively impacted. 


Driftwood Hotel Properties - Myrtle Beach, SC - Fire/Water

Completed secondary inspection in response to public adjuster claims. Performed full combustion by-product testing with a focus on interstitial spaces and wall cavities. Completed multiple reports and protocols including rebuttals to public adjuster claims and third-party EH&S reports and findings.
