Zachary Church

Through coaching youth baseball players, I have learned to cooperate with others, be patient, and to continue to trust in others through adversity. During the home renovation project, which was a very physical demanding job, I learned to work with others in a field that I wasn't necessarily familiar with. Along with that, I now have a better grasp on time management, and how to get things done more efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, I am very involved in my community and am heavily invested into volunteer work. I volunteer for the American Red Cross through my school. My job is to gather names for the blood drive of students and teachers willing to give, then when the day of the drive comes around, I check people in and make sure they are all situated and ready to go. I also participate in all our National Honors Society events which include 25+ hours of volunteering throughout each school year. On top of that, I have worked over 60 hours in our school store interacting with my peers everyday in there.
