- Took on heavy responsibilities within my workplace. My main task was to assist the floor by being a person with knowledge and experience for other employees to ask questions to, as well as teaching them the ins and outs of the job. I also saw experience running the floor, assigning my coworkers where to go, overseeing their scheduled breaks, coordinating dozens of orders simultaneously, and resolving inquiries presented by customers in a way that left them satisfied.
- The most important part of this job was flexibility, knowing which part of the restaurant needed me at the time whether it be in a back position such as a cook/assembling food, or in a front position where I directly take orders and hand out food.
