Materials science laboratory where we conduct research on soft cell nanotechnology and dynamic self assembling polymers. Past and current projects include artificial membrane catalysis using pH sensitive enzymes and advanced synthesis of self-immolating polymers for space apparatus in collaboration with the National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA).
Lead medical assistant in a free clinic for populations of those severely impoverished primarily those with immigrant status. Oversee the day to day operations of the clinical support staff consisting of volunteer patient technicians. Also worked in collaboration with physicians and advanced medical personnel to extrapolate patient information from surrounding hospitals to facilitate care.
EMT position within the emergency department of Intermountain Medical Center, the largest and busiest level one trauma center within the state of Utah. Frequented the most extreme of medical emergencies including critical traumas and cardiac events.
Volunteer while attending school at Sierra College. Assisted the fire department and the local EMS service as needed.
