Throughout my tenure at Breeze Airways, I have advanced from Technician to Lead Technician and Charter Technician, ultimately assuming my current role as a Line Maintenance Supervisor. In this capacity, I oversee and perform maintenance on the E190/195 and A220 fleets in Providence, RI.

• Managed and supervised the maintenance of 5 to 7 Airbus A220 aircraft each night.
• Collaborated with Maintenance Planning to ensure the availability of parts and adequate ground time for maintenance activities.
• Made strategic decisions to relocate, swap, or ground aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Conducted borescope inspections on PW1500 and CF34 engines, along with performing RII (Required Inspection Items) tasks.
• Led teams in the successful removal and installation of engines, APUs, and various flight control components.
• Executed FAA conformity checks to ensure aircraft compliance for placement on Operational Specifications (Op-specs).
• Provided both positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to employees to enhance performance and teamwork.

Provide on-site engine support at Airbus Mobile on A320 and A220.

• Removed, replaced, and repaired engine components on V2500, PW1100, and PW1500 engines.
• Conducted engine removals and installations, thrust changes, and software upgrades.
• Managed on-site spare parts inventory to ensure availability and timely maintenance.
• Coordinated with Airbus and Collins Aerospace to facilitate required maintenance tasks.

Completed various maintenance task on A319/A320/A321, A330, A300, B737, B757, B767, B777, MD-10 including:

• Removed, installed, and rigged flight controls, actuators and control units.
• Led maintenance teams in the removal and installation of engines, engine components and cowlings.
• Completed the removal and installation of landing gears, actuators, bogie beams, brakes, and tires.
• Accomplished routine and non-routine maintenance such as free play checks, hydraulic components, air conditioning assemblies, fixing rubber seals, lubes, removing, and installing ducts.
• Accomplished jobs using machinery such as man-lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
